CYCLING . . .
I’ve been an avid cyclist for 25 years now and I love riding my bike. Combine that with a love of photography and when I want to have some real fun with photography, I know what I need to do. I can honestly say that no matter how bad the conditions or how little I may have enjoyed the moment, I’ve never been on a ride where I couldn’t say afterward I was glad I went.
ACADIA . . .
Acadia National Park, on the northern coast of Maine, has become one of my favorite places. Combine the light, the textures, the colors, and all the great places to ride, and Mount Desert Island seems like paradise: a perfect place to get away and find the solitude and beauty that we all need from time to time.
ACADIA VACATION . . .
I know, I know . . . He's putting his vacation pictures on his company web site? Sounds pretty lame, right? But I hope you will take a look at them anyway, because this year at Acadia the light, the color, and the textures combined to make it one incredible experience. I don't think I've ever had this much fun just wandering around or riding around on my bike with a camera.
